The picture to the right is of the Ropes Course that we had to go through. Yes, the person in the pink jacket hanging out in mid-air, would be yours sincerely! :) No, I wasn't able to make it all the way to the top, but I almost did! The top was just above the net that I'm hanging on in the picture, but since I was at the bottom of the net with nothing to put my feet on to push off of, along with absolutely no upper-body strength, I gave up and came down. I was so proud of myself for making it that far though! The course was very challenging, but super fun!
Uh, his name is Tyson. He was in my group at AFY and just for the record...the most amazing guy I've ever met! I made a goal right then and there when I first met him and actually talked to him, that I was going to marry him! :) If not him, then someone exactly like him! He was so easy to talk to and I've had many dreams about him now that I'm home. We have e-mailed a little since June, and I hope it continues!
Here are some pictures of AFY (Adventures For Youth) that Hannah Stoehr and I went to in June in Rexburg, Idaho at the BYU-I campus. This was the first day, right when we checked into our apartment and were waiting to meet our counselor and the rest of our group!!! As you may be able to tell, we were a little excited.
